  We are located in the south loop area near downtown. Exact location will be provided immediately after booking via email conformation.

• PROPS

  Various props are available for use in the studio. However, any additional or specialty props requested for your concept must be provided by the client. Examples include balloons, confetti, bouquets, and other custom items.

• Do you offer Photoshop compositing?
  Kels Photography specializes in beauty photography and does not provide Photoshop compositing services. Examples include underwater edits, placing subjects into entirely different scenes, or creating digitally manipulated environments for “ESSENTIAL” sessions.

• Do you photograph children or babies?
  At this time, Kels Photography does not photograph children or babies.

• How do I book a session?
  Select your session type, choose an available date, and pay the retainer to secure your booking.

• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.

• When is the remaining balance due?
  The remaining balance is due on the day of your session after shooting concludes.

• Do you offer payment plans?
  AfterPay plans are available for all appointment types upon request.

• What should I wear?
  Wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Neutral tones photograph beautifully, but your outfit should reflect your personality.

• Can I bring someone with me?
  Absolutely. You're welcome to bring one guest for support.

• How long are sessions?
  Session length varies depending on the package selected and is listed in each package description.

• Can I change outfits?
  Yes. The number of outfit changes depends on your chosen package.

• When does the session start ?

  Booked time slot is your shooting time please come hair and make up ready.

• What if the weather is bad for outdoor sessions?
  We'll either reschedule or move to an indoor location if possible

• Session Upgrades Based on Complexity

  If your concept requires additional production, setup, props, extensive editing, or falls outside the scope of the selected package, your session may be upgraded to better accommodate your vision. Any pricing adjustments will be communicated before your session takes place.

• When will I receive my photos?
  Unedited images are delivered same day for sessions before 7pm, the following day from sessions completed after 7pm.

• Final edited images are typically delivered within 4 business days after selection is received. Some sessions have may be longer based on number of deliverables. Check session details during booking.

• How will my images be delivered?
  You'll receive an online gallery via Dropbox where you can download your images.

• Will I receive the raw photos?
  Yes. Sessions include all usable JPEG images unless otherwise stated.

• Can I purchase additional edits?
  Absolutely. Additional edited images can be purchased after gallery delivery.

• What if I need to reschedule?
  Sessions may be rescheduled with no additional charge up to 6 days before scheduled session.

• $60 reschedule fee for less than 6 days in advance.

• What happens if I'm late?
  Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time to avoid impacting other scheduled sessions.

• Can I cancel my session?
  Retainers are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a rescheduled date within the allowed timeframe.

• Do you work with brands and businesses?
  Yes. We offer campaign photography, product photography, and commercial content creation.

• Do you travel?
  Absolutely. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

• Can you provide video as well?
  Yes. Video services are available and can be added to select packages.

• I'm awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?
  From the moment you arrive, you'll be guided through the entire process—from posing and expression to the smallest details that elevate your final images. The goal isn't to force you into stiff poses, but to create photographs that feel like the best version of you.

  Expect a calm environment, clear direction, plenty of encouragement, and an experience that allows you to enjoy being present while beautiful imagery is created. Whether it's your first professional shoot or your fiftieth, you'll leave feeling more confident than when you walked in.

• Can you Photoshop me?
  Basic retouching is included. Extensive edits or body modifications is also available upon request.
